How to find us – Thomas Telford Centre

Img2014-04-15_144440You can find the home of Menai Heritage, the Thomas Telford Centre, on Mona Road, Menai Bridge, just 300m from the Anglesey end of the Suspension Bridge. It is across from the Waitrose car park. You can find it on the map below. The building has steps to the front entrance but is accessible by wheelchair from the rear. The postcode is LL59 5EA.

By Car

From the A55 exit at junction 9 and follow the signs towards Bangor, then Menai Bridge. This will take you over the Menai Suspension Bridge. Go straight through the roundabout at the end of the bridge to Mona Road; the Telford Centre will be just past the church, on the right. Some parking is available in front of the centre. More is available in a pay and display car park 100m down the road at the Coed Cyrnol car park.

By Train

The main rail station is Bangor, on the Holyhead line. From there you can reach Menai Bridge by bus on the 62, X4, 42, 43, 47 and 57 services. The closest bus stop to the Telford Centre is on Telford Road, shortly after the roundabout at the end of the Menai Bridge. From there walk back up Telford Road to the roundabout, then turn right; it is a five minute walk. https://www.thetrainline.com/

By Bus
