Note: all places are now full for the tours, but we are planning other events for the day, such as opening the Bridges Exhibition and doing guided walks around the Bridges and Waterfront. More details will be posted later.

See inside the historic and seldom open bridge house, where the great chains that anchor the Menai Suspension Bridge are fixed.

Booking essential – limited space/ numbers restricted to 12 per party. Hard hats provided but sensible shoes essential. Ladies – trousers recommended as open tread stairs to climb! Not suitable for children under 5 yrs.

Meet at the Bridge House, at the Gwynedd end of the bridge.

Entry by timed booking – choose from:

10:00 or 11:15 or 12:30 or 14:00 or 15:15

Cost £5.00 per adult; £3.00 children
