Thomas Telford Day Trip

Menai Heritage invites you to travel Thomas Telford’s Holyhead Road through Snowdonia. Join us to visit his famous aqueducts at Chirk and Pontcysyllte, view his canal workshops at Ellesmere and his suspension bridge in Conwy.

This full day trip by coach costs just £27.50 and includes a 2 course lunch at the fabulous Boathouse on the Mere.

Bob Daimond, Chair of Menai Heritage and Chartered Civil Engineer will provide a commentary throughout the Trip.
